Challenge
The owner managed catalog, prices, inventory, orders, SEO and analytics for three different stores by hand.
What we built
An agent installed on the owner's computer, connected to the three stores, that reviews, measures, proposes and executes changes. Every live change needs the owner's approval first; the agent ships in versions.
Result
One assistant for three operations, with a log of every change and human control over anything customers see.

Challenge
Hundreds of products from several suppliers, with duplicates, loose colour variants and changing prices.
What we built
An importer with merge and retirement rules, a static catalog index the browser filters without asking the server, our own card payments, and measurement with GA4, GTM and Clarity.
Result
Instant search and filters, a catalog maintained by rules, and a store that is fast on mobile.

How do I know AI will pay for itself?

We don't assume it. The diagnostic estimates the impact of each opportunity, and the pilot is measured against a KPI agreed in writing before we start. If the number does not move, we do not scale.

We have no technical team. Is that a problem?

No. We handle the technical side and the operations after launch. Your team approves, uses and tells us what to improve.

Our data is a mess. Can we still do this?

That is normal. That is why we start with the data: the diagnostic tells you what must be cleaned first and what can be automated right away.

What if the pilot never reaches production?

The pilot is built from day one on the same production infrastructure, with logs, approvals and rollback. On day 30 you decide with data whether to continue.

Is my data used to train models?

No. We use model providers under business terms that do not train on your data, least-privilege access, and processing compliant with Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 and each country's local law.

How much does running an agent cost each month?

We fix it before implementation: a monthly fee that includes hosting, monitoring and capped model usage. If usage grows, we tell you before the price changes.
