Storage Location

We are a US based company and operate web servers hosted in the US, Europe and Latin America. Our web hosting provider, Google Cloud, adheres to the EU/US “Privacy Shield”, ensuring that your data is stored securely and is GDPR compliant. Registration Data

If you register on our website, we store your chosen username and email address and any additional personal information added to your user profile. You can view, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except changing your username). Website administrators can also view and edit this information.

Purchase Data

To receive product support, you must register one or more codes on our site. These purchase codes will be stored along with support expiration dates and your user data. This is necessary for us to provide you with downloads, product support and other customer services.

Support information

If you have registered on our site and have a valid support account, you can submit support tickets for assistance. Support form submissions are sent to our third-party ticketing system. Only data that you explicitly provided is sent, and your consent is requested, each time you want to create a new support ticket.

Comments

When you leave comments on the site, we collect the data displayed in the comment form, as well as the IP address and browser user agent string. We use Google reCAPTCHA to reduce spam, which means that this data, along with the URL of our site, is sent to this service for the purpose of anti-spam protection.

An anonymous string created from your email address (also called a hash) can be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Community Forum

When you use the community forum, and the information you post in the reply form will be publicly viewable. Uploading of images and attachments is not allowed. Your IP address and any other personal information that you have not directly provided through your comment will not be stored by us.

Contact Us Form

Release of your Data for Legal Purposes
